Description:
Would be responsible for the implementation of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. The ideal candidate is comfortable with modern web technology, including implementation services and web analytics tools. The SEO Analyst is a key contributor towards the overall success of the company and will enthusiastically pursue goals in both short- and long-term projects. Works closely with the Vice President of Marketing and data team.

Key Functions / Responsibilities

Provide keyword research in conjunction with business objectives.
Maintenance of the company’s digital properties (updating links, images, content, HTML tags, META tags, formatting, redirects, and other necessary changes).
Implement link- and citation-building programs to improve search presence.
Monitoring web analytics and reporting on incremental goals.
Directory and online reputation management for affiliated offices.
Evaluating media opportunities for the company and/or its affiliates.

Qualifications

BA/BS (or equivalent experience) preferred.
2+ years of hands-on experience with SEO — preferably within the last five years, although other experience may be considered.
Understanding of HTML required. CSS and website administration strongly desired.
Experience working with Google Apps, such as Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, AdWords, (Search Console), and Google MyBusiness.
Experience with Tableau (or other BI tools) a big plus.
