This was a full time position, Joel’s role as a senior web designer included working closely with developers and management to create rich internet applications, promotional materials, UI design, branding, and interactive media.

Joel was a very reliable and punctual, I am not aware of any issues that impacted his performance.

Joel was easy to work with and got along well with co-workers and all levels of management.

Joel worked well under tight deadlines and was a team player when it comes to resolving any conflicts.

I worked with Joel on a number of projects where he consistently demonstrated his capabilities in Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and the rest of the Adobe’s creative suite, among other post and 3d software.
