Fulltime. Amy was the graphic designer for several sections of the magazine: Style (fashion), Beauty, and the Better section.
Did Amy miss a lot of work? Was Amy frequently late? Were there any issues you are aware of that impacted Amy's job performance?
Amy was always on time and frequently worked late or on weekends in order to nail the assignments.
Did Amy get along well with management and co-workers?
She's a joy.
How did Amy handle conflict? How about pressure? Stress?
Amy was always on deadline and handled that with aplomb--that's our business. Photo shoots are very stressful, and she did a great job handling all the egos.
Can you speak to Amy's software capabilities?
She's a whiz with design software.
