Freelance relationship. Jane was working for her own company at that time. Her responsibilities included all of the branding, creative design content design and working closely with he technical implementation team.

Jane was always extremely punctual and none of her delvierables wer ever delayed for any reason.
Did Jane get along well with management and co-workers?
Yes. Her style was always collaborative and flexible for differing relationship types.
How did Jane handle conflict? How about pressure? Stress?
Conflict - always professsionally, escalating as needed. Pressure - dealt with well, never over promised despite demanding delivery schedule.
Can you speak to Jane's software capabilities?
For the Adobe design suite she was using she was definitely a power user.
