Fulltime. User Experience Designer. He was responsible for creating UI wireframes, mockups, and production assets for applications used in many verticals.
Did Andre miss a lot of work? Was Andre frequently late? Were there any issues you are aware of that impacted Andre's job performance?
No. No. None that I am aware of.
Did Andre get along well with management and co-workers?
Andre was very easy to get along with and seemed to be able to get along with pretty much everyone.
How did Andre handle conflict? How about pressure? Stress?
Andre handled conflict by remaining professional and focusing on his tasks. Andre was excellent about handling both pressure and stress, he would shine in the moments when he was needed most.
Can you speak to Andre's software capabilities?
Andre is extremely capable with software. There were server projects where Andre actual performed development work when needed. He was also an expert with many software tools.
Would you work with Andre again if the opportunity arose?
I would love to work with Andre again! He was one of the best people I have every had the privilege to work with.
