I worked with Roger for a year or so during a brief stop off at an agency in PA.

Full time. Roger was the Associate Creative Director. His numerous responsibilities included new business, client management and directing the troops.
Did Roger miss a lot of work? Was Roger frequently late? Were there any issues you are aware of that impacted Roger's job performance?
No issues whatsoever.
Did Roger get along well with management and co-workers?
Roger gets along with everyone. He is a kind, thoughtful person and a professional.
How did Roger handle conflict? How about pressure? Stress?
Roger is a problem solver and that is how he would address any conflict that may arise. He handled the stress and the pressure of the position with aplomb.
Can you speak to Roger's software capabilities?
At the time, Roger was adept. I can only assume in the ensuing years he is even more up to date.
Would you work with Roger again if the opportunity arose?
