Freelance. Tim has worked on projects alone for us, as well as collaborating with our in house creative teams on certain projects. Tim has served as CD, art director, and copywriter.
Did Timothy miss a lot of work? Was Timothy frequently late? Were there any issues you are aware of that impacted Timothy 's job performance?
None. Tim has been efficient, met deadlines, and professional in every way in his work for and with us.
Did Timothy get along well with management and co-workers?
Yes. Fits in our organization well.
How did Timothy handle conflict? How about pressure? Stress?
No problems here. Tim can argue a creative point, but is respectful and understands the agency/client relationship. Pressure of fast deadlines and client demands didn't interfere with his professionalism.
Can you speak to Timothy 's software capabilities?
Great. He is proficient in the technologies necessary to concept, lay out, and finish first-rate ads in various media, as well as in photography and broadcast software/hardware.
Would you work with Timothy again if the opportunity arose?
We currently work with Tim, and have no plans to change.
