When did Macarena work with you and for how long?
Macarena worked with me at GrupoUno for about 7 years. 1998 - 2005. I was one of the managing partners of the firm, EVP of Marketing & Media. I left GrupoUno in 2005.
Was this freelance or a fulltime relationship? What was Macarena's position? Can you describe the job responsibilities?
Macarena was a full time employee. She was a senior Art Director, then Associate Creative Director. I worked with her on many new business presentations and clients such as Imation, DHL, AMD, American Airlines and Canon.
Did Macarena miss a lot of work? Was Macarena frequently late? Were there any issues you are aware of that impacted Macarena's job performance?
No - she did not miss a lot of work, nor was she late to work. Macarena is an extremely hard worker who is committed to accomplishing the tasks at hand. There were no issues that impacted her job performance.
Did Macarena get along well with management and co-workers?
Maca got along extremely well with both upper management as well as subordinates and co-workers. GrupoUno is a fairly small company, <50 employees. Thus any personality issues were quickly dealt with.
How did Macarena handle conflict? How about pressure? Stress?
Advertising is by nature a high pressure, stressful business. Clients are unreasonable and demanding - ya can't live with them, but ya can't live without 'em. Maca is great under pressure, even when she's working on her zillionth revision. We've spent many late nights together preparing for presentations.

Would you work with Macarena again if the opportunity arose?
Absolutely! We are actually working together now on a non-profit project. In my opinion, any employer should be thrilled to bring her onboard. Given the opportunity, I would hire her in a heartbeat.
