When did Nicole work with you and for how long?
I am a German advertising photographer with a former career in print and package design. Trough-out the years Nicole and me worked on several freelance projects together (Impact Computers, YellowNo1, smartPulse...)
Was this freelance or a fulltime relationship? What was Nicole's position? Can you describe the job responsibilities?
Nicole and me never were employed simultaneously for the same agency. All experiences I made with her were sole freelance based. We originally shared certain design projects and she kept on working with me once I fully transitioned into photography. She is a very creative person and I love shooting image material under her art direction.
Did Nicole miss a lot of work? Was Nicole frequently late? Were there any issues you are aware of that impacted Nicole's job performance?
I have nothing bad to say regarding Nicole's work ethics. She always managed to get everything done by the schedule and never complained or faulted.
Did Nicole get along well with management and co-workers?
Nicole is an awesome team member and she supports everyone in any possible way. She is able to independently manage tasks and make her own decisions as is she used to work and answer as a team member.
How did Nicole handle conflict? How about pressure? Stress?
Nicole normally manages her time quite efficiently which avoids stress in the first hand. If she ever is put on the spot she is able to communicate her point straight and clear.
Can you speak to Nicole's software capabilities?
I know Nicole is usually up to date with the current Adobe suites. She also learned to design old school on quark express. Her strength is clean vector work. Nicole is able to oversee an entire production from it's design up to its final press output.
Would you work with Nicole again if the opportunity arose?
Yes anytime. She is a charm to have around and a valuable asset for any project.
