When did Roger work with you and for how long?
We worked together at Merrick Towle for 18 months in 2009-10.
Was this freelance or a fulltime relationship? What was Roger's position? Can you describe the job responsibilities?
Full time. Roger was acting Creative Director and I was Director of Acct Service and Strategy; we collaborated on almost all work going through the agency.
Did Roger miss a lot of work? Was Roger frequently late? Were there any issues you are aware of that impacted Roger's job performance?
NO ! Roger was one of the most dedicated, loyal employees with whom I've ever had the privilege to work. He worked way beyond the call of duty to get things done in a very trying work environment.
Did Roger get along well with management and co-workers?
Wonderfully. He was incredibly well liked by his team and other Directors in the agency. The two partners were always at odds with each other which made it very difficult for any of the Directors to be completely effective.
How did Roger handle conflict? How about pressure? Stress?
He was excellent in handling conflict. He managed pressure very well, and like all of us there, did his/our best to manage incredibly stressful times at an agency that was in a spiraling decline.
Can you speak to Roger's software capabilities?
He seem very comfortable with MAC for offline and Office Suite. He was getting comfortable with online design software towards the end of my tenure there.
Would you work with Roger again if the opportunity arose?
I would work with Roger in a HEART BEAT. We worked incredibly well together, and were very supportive of each other under incredibly trying conditions.
