i worked with Thomas on several projects while in charge of retail design & merchandising department for L'Oreal.
Was this freelance or a fulltime relationship? What was Thomas' position? Can you describe the job responsibilities?
As a free lance he did an amazing job on lots of key projects where my team and i needed support. He developed creative concepts for POP UP stores, events, etc.. He also developped some creative assets for brands like Kiehl's , Giorgio Armani, Lancome.
Did Thomas miss a lot of work? Was Thomas frequently late? Were there any issues you are aware of that impacted Thomas' job performance?
He was only delivering the projects on time

yes really good communication skills and great relationship with all stakeholders

we never had any conflicts and pressure, stress,, fast pace and very short time frame were perfectly managed

great Adobe creative suite skills, he is a very talented designer
