Regularly for 5 years.

Both. Mostly freelance, full time for one year. He was creative director/art director. Responsibilities - Marketing campaign concept development, art direction, digital photo manipulation, design, writing and big idea generation.
Did Chris miss a lot of work? Was Chris frequently late? Were there any issues you are aware of that impacted Chris' job performance?
No. No. Only issue was his consistent argumentative nature. A little is respectable and necessary in this business, but Chris whined and pushed back too much.
Did Chris get along well with management and co-workers?
No. Pretty much just me as the owner.

He fought a lot then caved in when he knew he crossed the line.

Yes. His creative talents outweigh his annoying talents to me. My partner and my employees would probably disagree.
